- Enter by Carpark Entrance E to Basement 1 and park at the Yellow Zone (after the Green Zone and nearer to Tower 1 and 2).
- Take the carpark lift to Level 1 and use the Tower 1 lifts to the 43rd floor.
By MRT
Circle Line or Downtown Line
- Alight at Promenade Station and use Exit C to assess to road level.
- Walk towards Tower 1, the building with the number ‘7’ on it. Walking time is approximately 5 minutes.
North South Line or East West Line
- Alight at City Hall Station and follow the signs through an underpass that will lead to Suntec City.
- Use directional signs within the shopping mall to reach Tower 1. Walking time is approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
